The cost of participation is made up of two components:
The registration fee and the participation fee (including for the stand and any extras) and are exclusive of VAT.
* Explanation of booth formats: 3 x 1 metre means that the booth is 3 metres wide (back wall) and one metre deep (side walls). A booth always consists of two side walls. So a 1 x 3 metre booth has a total wall surface of 5 metres (3 metres at the back and two side walls of 1 metre each). The walls are 2.50 metres high.
