To attract high-quality visitors, a significant part of our budget is invested in promoting the Europe Art Fair through local, national and international newspapers and media, ads on social media and outdoor advertising. In addition to advertisements, invitations are sent to thousands of art lovers via opt-in mailing lists with more than 35,000 subscribers, to art buyers from previous art fairs and the top 100 art collectors in the Netherlands.
t is also important for a successful fair that participants invite their own networks. Therefrom, each participant will receive an unlimited number of tickets for the fair weekend (September 13 and 14).
The L (or Large) promotional package worth €200 is included in your booth price and contributes to these promotional efforts.
Promotional package Large

This package is included in your participation fee and includes:
- 1/4th page in the A4 glossy art fair magazine that every visitor receives with an image of an artwork, your name and website;
- an image of yourself on the participant page of the website together with an image of an artwork, your name and website.
Promotion package XL
costs € 350
With the XL package you significantly expand the digital promotion of your large package with the following items:
- your presentation in the art fair glossy will be expanded to half a page (1 larger image + 100 words of text);
- an artwork of yours will be displayed on the homepage of the Europe Art Fair;
- an item on the socials of the art fair (Insta and Facebook).
Promotion package DELUXE
costs € 600
The DELUXE package is especially for the participant who wants the most extensive promotion at the fair on top of Large and XL with:
- a four-page interview in the glossy magazine with 4 images;
- an image on a roll-up banner (80 x 200 cm) distributed at and around the fair location (circulation minimum 15 copies);
- an item in the promotional newsletter for the fair (to 35,000 art lovers).
